2 - Choose your level of support

This ensures you have the right level of structure and support from the start.

3 - Secure your place

Once you are ready to move forward, your programme is confirmed and your preconsultation session is booked.

Payment is made at this stage, allowing me to prepare fully and ensure you receive a personalised and focused experience from the beginning.

4 - Pre-consultation form

You will complete a detailed form covering your lifestyle, nutrition habits and health background.

This allows me to understand you properly before we meet and make the most of our time together.

5 - Pre-consultation session

This is a 90-minute, in-depth session where we explore:

• Your goals and motivations

• Your current routine and challenges

• Your nutrition habits and patterns

This is a key step that allows me to build a personalised and structured plan tailored to you.

6 - Your personalised plan

Based on everything we discuss, you will receive clear, tailored guidance designed to fit your lifestyle.

This includes practical structure around your meals, habits and daily routine. So you know exactly what to focus on.

7 - Ongoing support

Depending on the level of support you choose, this may include:

• Regular progress reviews

• Check-in emails

• Adjustments to your plan as you progress

The aim is to help you stay consistent and adapt as your needs evolve.

8 - Building long-term consistency
